So, you’re not happy with your item? Don't you worry, we'll get this sorted for you stress free and in no time at all!

All you need to do is follow the steps outlined below:

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days from the date you placed your order with us and complete the returns form enclosed in your package. All returns must be in the original packaging, (including any tags) and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if there are any signs of wear or make up marks are present.

Once an item has been received, you will receive a unique credit note code via email, which you can use quickly and easily to select your perfect Honey Hut piece.

Please note: This will be sent to the email address used to place your order, so please ensure all orders are placed using your correct email address. This code will then be valid for 28 days.

If you return the item after the 14 day window, unfortunately your item will be returned to you.

Please note that sale items are none exchangeable.
