RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

Once we receive your request, we will send you confirmation by email and provide instructions for returning your order.
Refunds
If your withdrawal request is eligible, we will refund you, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery

Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law
This right of withdrawal is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
